The smooth end of the clicker is on the smaller section, so it may be a bit difficult to feed into swollen or wider piercings. Having said that, I have not had any trouble getting these in (or the 7mm inners for that matter). The hoop is nice and solid, so it won’t warp or break, and you barely feel it once it is in. Overall a solid staple piece!
