This navy eyeliner is so flattering on my blue eyes. It’s smooth, lasts all day and stays even on my waterline. I ran out recently and tried some other brands including high end and none of them would glide on the waterline like this does! Will repurchase again and again.

Creamy yet durable

I'm impressed that a formula this creamy lasts so long. Does not budge after it sets.
