I'm very impressed with Executive Chef Jennifer Segal's approach for bringing delicious meals to a family table within a very reasonable time and with ingredients that are readily available. It works for me! I've gifted a cookbook to each of two important women in my life who are short on time but enjoy great food. I also love the fact that the cookbook is available in a spiral bound version for ease of use in a busy kitchen.
