Statement Gel Liner (007, Mint)

The color is bright and pigmented and the texture isso smooth and creamy with no transfer on my hooded eyes!!

I like the ease of application and the No tugging of this eyeliner. The price can’t be beat either! The only thing is that it tends to smudge in the outer corners of the eyes.
