Have sizes changed??

I love my Mandala scrubs and have several pairs. I'm pretty consistently a size small so I ordered my usual size this time around. I am absolutely swimming in them. When comparing them to my previous pairs, they are about an inch wider. So I'm not sure if sizes changed or what. Unfortunately, I already pitched all the bags they shipped in so I just decided to keep them. I'm having to tie them super tight to get them to stay up though. Maybe size down! Colors are beautiful and as pictured though.
