Fantastic Customer Service
The overall experience was excellent. I ordered a shrub for Father’s Day. It wound up arriving one day after I received notification that it had arrived. It arrived damaged, from the outside box to the shrub itself. I wrote and sent pictures of the damage. They immediately responded and let me know they were sorry and they were shipping a new/replacement shrub. It showed up less than a week later.
From the selection of plants/bushes/trees, to ease of ordering and their amazing customer service, I will not hesitate to order from them again.
