Pure Freedom Professional Hose Reel

It’s solid but there’s a few things I would change on the design. The edges of the spinning reel are lethal sharp, they cut my fingers up mega.. I had to fix it by putting tape on the edge. Also it doesn’t fall over sideways which is great but it falls over forwards (towards the curved part of the frame). It also has friction when unreeling, is this the anti spool function? ..maybe, but what that means is when the hose is almost all unreeled, it doesn’t have the weight behind it to carry on unreeling and pulls the whole reel over so you have to walk all the way back to the reel to upright it and make sure all the hose is unravelled.. inconvenient. But I need a reel, and other reels can have annoying issues too.
