3030 ProVer Max Unpacking and Assembly

It's the second machine I've bought from Sainsmart and I'm again enjoying the high build quality, and super fast delivery. I assembled the machine in about 25 minutes. The Genmitsu 3030 ProVer Max is a well-designed and robust machine and fully supports hobbyist projects as well as small semi-professional projects. It is the machine that meets my expectations and requirements. And all this with an excellent quality-price ratio.

the 3030 is a useful and easy to use cnc

Setup was a breeze. No problems with anything fitting together. My first job was milling a rotor for an electric motor that I drew in Fusion. The material I cut is a composite called Somaloy and needs to be cut at a slow speed. The Genmitsu did a great job. I had the feed rate too high at first but the second piece came out relatively perfect within .1 mm tolerance. Haven't tried it with my Makita router yet, saving it for the tough stuff. I purchased the 4th axis, too but haven't used it yet. Perfect for winding inductors. I recommend this desktop cnc for anyone who needs a local, convenient way to mill small parts with pretty good accuracy, cheap.
