Brings me back to the tapas bars in Spain!

This is the real deal. There’s really nothing else to say. It is truly the best. Perfect in a charcuterie spread, or as a sandwich on Cristal bread (hard to find here in the States but toasted baguette can get the job done). It literally melts in your mouth. The only reason it lost a star was because our last order was sliced a little too thick resulting in a not so tender chewing experience. . Hopefully was a one off.
