This is a tool I didn't know I needed. I use it to deepen my mascara at my lash line- take the mascara fan brush and take the mascara off the wand, then place on your lashes. The ability to build up mascara in a precise way allows me to build more mascara at the lash line without clumping the mascara at the tips of my lashes.
