Runs small

The shoe looks as described, but it definitely runs small and narrow. I'm normally a 9 and I ordered a 9, but this shoe seems to fit closer to a size 8 so I'm not able to use it.

The shoe doesn’t fit even after buying a bigger size

I usually wear a 11. 5 but even a size 12 doesn’t fit properly. Wasn’t able to exchange for a bigger size due to it being a sale item. I don’t think that was stated well before the purchase. E
