Great jumper shame about the service.

When I first ordered the jumper I was sent a ladies in error. I was told that you would send me the correct replacement as soon as I confirmed return of the wrong item, which I did. I waited a week and then received an email advising you had sent me a refund - not what I wanted, so I re-ordered and got the correct jumper, which was lovely. It had, of course, cost me more than it should as I had to pay two lots of p & p.
