Women's Tree Glider - Medium Grey (Light Grey Sole)

Awesome!

I really like these! I’m a dog walker with arthritis and was looking for a new pair of comfy shoes. In general I’m not a fan in the look of their shoes. Plus I’m vegan, so I wouldn’t get wool ones. But I really liked the look of these and am so glad I got them! They have a really nice rock when you’re stepping and it makes me feel like I can take off running in them. I would get another pair.

I’m really pleased with most of this shoe design. Here is whaat I like, it’s super lightweight and extremely easy to get on and off. I love the new heel design, and I truly feel like I glide when I’m walking in these shoes. I normally wear the dasher mizzle (winter shoe). I really prefer this design in terms of how the shoe looks on my foot, a bit narrower looking as compared to the mizzle, However, the insole for this design is almost non-existent in terms of support for my arches and heels. Normally, I replace the Allbirds insole with a cork footbed that supports my arches and heels. I’ve never had a problem with the fit in the dasher style, but the positioning of the heel cushion in the glider is too close to the very thin insole which prevents me from using my cork footbed. My foot sits too high up on the heel cushion. I had to purchase separate arch supports. I wish I could give the slider 5 stars, but the interior design needs more work in terms of support.

Not what I had hoped for.

Not happy with the shoes. There are not as comfortable as I had hoped. Not enough support. I kept them because I was hoping they would get better with time. But that is not the case. I can't wear them for more than a couple of hours. Bummed I had hoped for a better shoe experience.
