Wrinkled beyond repair

Know that you are paying for a nearly $200 satin dress that will be delivered to you in a box and EXTREMELY WRINKLED. we all know it is difficult to steam satin without getting any water marks on it. Yes, I am aware of the care instructions but this is absolutely unacceptable for a company who should be adept at shipping dresses in good condition. So disappointed. Would never use this company if it was my own wedding.
