Hard to do returns with this company. They offered a 20 percent refund to keep the item and then never sent the refund and never replied to my email. Pillow came with a tear on the side. Package was cut open before it arrived to my home.

I didn't love using it as a head pillow, especially since I'm 5'8", but it's been great for keeping me on my side.
