Brooklyn Full Frame Reading Glasses Only

I bought a second pair of Brooklyn Full Frame red reading glasses but in a stronger strength. One ear piece was stiff and hard to fold when received but I assumed they would loosen up with use. Unfortunately in less than 3 months the left ear piece snapped off when I opened the case. I contacted ThinOptics who immediately sent me a new pair after I sent them a snapped pic of my broken ThinOptics glasses. No questions asked. I like the size and how easily I can drop them in any of my purses in case I should need them. Excellent product….excellent service.
