Very cool
I used these for the frozen lake half marathon in Norway and put the ice spikes in my road running trainers (brooks ghost) and they worked really well. Easy to install and remove with no apparent lasting damage. Pleasantly surprised how normal they felt and the amount of grip. :+1:
