Excellent comfort upfront, but stretching impacts long-term wear
I’ve recently purchased this again (April 2026, ~$79.95 per item), and as with my earlier orders, the first impression is very positive. The fabric is soft, breathable, and extremely comfortable — particularly for sleeping. It feels premium straight out of the box and performs well when new.
However, my experience with previous purchases (from 2021 across multiple items — long sleeve tops, tees, shorts and pants) has been consistent: over time, the fabric stretches significantly and loses its shape. This isn’t isolated to one piece — it has affected everything I’ve owned from the range.
The stretching becomes quite pronounced. For example, one long sleeve top has elongated to the point where it now fits more like a nightshirt, sitting just above the knees. Beyond appearance, this starts to affect comfort — the fabric twists around the body during sleep, creating pressure points and a “tied up” feeling rather than the relaxed comfort you get when the garment is new.
All items have been washed under normal conditions (cold / 30°C, standard mixed loads), so this appears to be related to fabric durability rather than care.
At nearly $80 per item, I would expect better shape retention over time. The comfort and breathability are genuinely excellent, but the long-term performance has been disappointing.
It may be worth considering a product stewardship approach here — for example, offering a return/recycling pathway for stretched garments (e.g. prepaid return) with a replacement or upgrade option. This would not only address durability concerns but also align well with the sustainability values the brand promotes.
I’m hopeful this newer purchase reflects an improvement in material or construction, because if the stretching issue has been resolved, this would easily be a 5-star product.
