Wowzers what a disappointment!! First off, it was a chemical smelly bag. While the whole thing was a let down, the crossbody strap was the biggest disappointment. Skipped stiches, glue residue, hardware loaded with green gunk/oxidation. The quality of the finish on the strap was laughable with visable interfacing and unfinished ends. The bag had marks on it I was advised to try cleaning off. They did offer replacements, but I was not interested in owning a bag that had such terrible finish work on the straps, the lining of the bag was also terrible texture and the zipper was rough and sticky. I'd rather loose the money to send it back than to have any bag like this bag in my collection.

I searched online and in stores for the perfect bag that I was envisioning, and this is it! It’s beautiful and functional!! Love it!
