So many products available and discovered Can Coat EVO that claims up to a year protection. I have a new car 2 months old and did the prep -prewashing, iron removal, clay bar and Gyeon Prep. No paint correction ( no polishing ). The Can Coat was easy to apply and any high spots was easy to remove although it was hard to see on a black vehicle. Good lighting helps to see your work. I coated everything on the exterior including plastic moldings, fake chrome, rims, windows including front windshield. Gyeon recommends using their Vision product for the front windshield but the product cost more than Can Coat so I put Can Coat on the windshield instead. Not going to spend $75 for Vision to do one windshield. The car sat in the garage for 12+ hours and is still there at 36 hours to cure. What are I looking for in coatings for a car? Like 99.9% of the population, I do not have a "show" car. minor scratches, swirls in the paint is no big deal so paint correction not important vs maintenance and overall shine. If this product can last up to a year and survive a Edmonton winter then I will continue to use the product. I will use Gyeon Wet coat to keep up with the slickness and car washes as needed. This product is easy to apply if you follow the directions and the car looks great. This product gives your car a warmer look....soft.
