I love the x wicks. I found they look and burn better for in the aura with my wax type. They do burn hotter than the flat wicks, so I sized way down from what was recommended. Packaging was nice and arrived in a timely manner.

Great addition to your lines.
Recently order X-wicks kits for testing varying applications. The wicks are great, though some are very fragile. As a first time user, clearer instructions for assembly would have been great, but was able to get the hang of it pretty quickly and testing has been fun so far. As with most of your products, solid performance in the correct applications.
