The service given by Sainsmart was excellent. The machine is sturdy and looks good in every way. I would recommend the purchase of this very good value machine. There is always a caviat of course. The mini sd card failed almost immediately, although I was able to download the appropriate software from the web. Sainsmarts website has a link to the Easel software needed to construct your own projects, however it only brings up a blank page. I am currently awaiting a reply from Sainsmart.

Fast shipping ,So far the machine seems to work good, I've bought it to make small aluminum and steel parts , Im still a beginner in CNC but have some experience in milling machine, once I learn how to make my parts design with the right Gcode software I'll know more if the machine is capable for what I need, the machine is well built and I also bought the extension kit for it that was on sale but I haven't installed it yet , once I get the hang of it I'll install it, I'll give a 4 stars for now cause I've haven't fully tested it yet for what I bought it for, I'll update this review once I know more.

3020 VS 2 Pro

The machine is very stable with virtually no play in the spindle. Having the power supply and electronics mounted on the back of the machine prevents milling waste from going inside and makes clean-up much easier. There is a learning curve in using the machine- I would recommend Carveco and the videos on their site to learn how to design projects- but with practice you can produce excellent results
