Great customer service

So I had started to track my order when I got the shipping confirmation. After a couple days I figured it was just cause we were close to the holidays. I messaged you guys and Anne saw the problem, did what she had to do putting in a lost mail report and reshipped the order which came in as directed. She kept me in the loop with the process and before I knew it I had my product in my hand. They work great and even though I knew what to expect the customer service made the product even better.
