Great customer service
I did not use the discount code and paid the full price. But as soon as I contacted them, I was refunded the discounted amount.

Very insecure
I wore this necklace ONCE! And first, I had trouble with managing the clasp at all, and second, it fell off and got lost within the first 2 hours I was out at dinner. It’s a beautiful piece but not secure at all.
