Excellent quality

I recieved this sticker creased, bent and wrinkled. When i reached out to inform the seller they asked for a picture. I sent three and never got a reply. Its been over a week.
As a small business owner i hate giving bad reviews and wish this could have been resolved.
I think better ship method would help with this issue as the shipping envelope was not rigid and the sticker was just loose inside.
