Before making the purchase, I diligently followed your sizing guidelines to ensure I selected the correct size. However, upon receiving the boots, I was disappointed to find that they are too small and unwearable. This suggests that either the sizing chart provided on your website is inaccurate or there was an error in the product sizing. I rely on the accuracy of the information provided by sellers when shopping online, and this experience has been both inconvenient and disappointing. As the boots do not fit, I am unable to use the product, which defeats the purpose of my purchase. I kindly request that you provide a full refund.
