I dislike the presentation

The content is of the highest quality (although I have still read very little of the book). However, there are several aspects of the book that I dislike: The format. Why not a normal PDF, where the reader/user can resize the page as they please, increasing, for example, the font size? Another thing that bothers me is that the page where the book is hosted is saturated with advertising. In short: for someone with eagle-like eyesight the book is readable, but for the average person the layout is not very user-friendly.
