SEMPRE ALLEGRA

Although they arrived in rough shape, from Ecuador and without adequate packing materials, they actually perked up quite a bit after trimming some broken leaves & sitting them in a vase of cold water with plant food overnight. Also, there were MANY more flowers than I expected for a "petit" bouquet! They arrived in 2 bundles, and I had to size up from the vase I had originally chosen for this bunch; so that was a pleasant surprise. This is actually the main reason I gave a 4 star review instead of only 3. Luckily these flowers were just a springtime gift to myself; but if I had gifted them to someone else, I'd be more upset about the condition they arrived in. So overall, I'd likely buy them again for *myself*, but wouldn't gift them to someone else - unless I ship them to myself to first check the condition & perk them up a bit in water before gifting. The dozen roses I also received in this order is another story though, unfortunately.....
