very realistic; easy to open and add charms or add to necklace clasps; I haven’t had any issues with it opening; arrived promptly; I’m not one to care about packaging, but they packaged it nicely. You can tell they take pride in customer satisfaction. I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered two of these 14k gold safety pins but only received one in the mail. I reached out multiple times to the customer support email and also sent a message directly through the contact form on the website, but no one has gotten back to me. Deeply disappointed because these were a big splurge for me and now I am out almost $170. I wish someone would contact me to make this right.
