Kara Dress - Ivory

The dress arrived over 4 weeks after purchase. Although the description says hand-made it doesn’t give you an indication of time to arrival. Additionally you cannot do returns or refunds. The dress arrived after I wanted to wear it (my wedding) now I’m stuck with one that I can’t really use which is unsustainable in itself. It’s not been a good first customer experience and won’t be buying again. The dress is pretty but difficult to put on and the tie around the neck slips easily so it’s not a secure feeling for your chest.

Runs too small, attempted to exchange/ return. They only do store credit. To send the dress back it would be just as much as the dress cost. Kept the dress. Sold it, upset it didn’t work out.
