This is my first menstrual disc purchase I first tried the pink lighter low cervix option and for lack of better words lost it, it shifted inside of me and so pulling it out was required a lot of effort I then opted for the high cervix blue menstrual disc enjoyed that experience much more but again shifted inside of me so I lost access to the notch almost 3 days in a row and had to again dig and shift the disc to be able to access the notch to pull it out the menstrual disc. Otherwise it worked fantastically except for the fact that it requires a lot of dexterity with my body to be able to pull it out especially considering it always shifts.

I am 40 yr old and wish this was available decades ago. I am so tired of running out of pads and tampon so have been looking for something more sustainable. I tried the cup first, but it was very much not for me. The disc has been very easy to insert and remove. From the first use, it has been secure, without leaks, and I do not feel it at all! My job is unpredictable and has me walking all over the place so it is such a relief to not have to remember to hide a pad or tampon in my pocket or have accidents (as a grown woman) because I forgot my supplies. I really wish I had tried this earlier!

This was the first time I’ve ever tried a menstrual disc, and I can confidently say I’m never going back to pads/tampons! I found the Saalt menstrual discs to be very comfortable to use and had a leak-free experience throughout my entire cycle (even on my heavy days and while sleeping)!!
