Nice to Have

I hesitated to buy these little trays, because I thought they were not versatile enough to deserve a spot in my kitchen. I have actually been surprised at how nicely they have worked-out. Yes they make loaves custom-sized to our lunch boxes, but they also make just nice little loaves. Great if you like the edges of baked goods best. Washes up easily in the dishwasher and food comes out cleanly. Next I am using them for granola bars.

These muffin trays are my number one lunch prep tool. I love to make multiple batches of different muffins at once, then store them in the freezer and dole them out daily for weeks. This is my second set of trays, adding not replacing, which means I can prep even more muffins in less time now.
