Raw Lapis Lazuli Drop Earrings

The earrings were too heavy for my ears. They pull my lobes down and there’s too much metal, too big and clunky for my taste.

The earrings are stunning, but customer service is nonexistent

The earrings are absolutely beautiful and very unique, and I received them very promptly, even earlier than expected. They are also light, comfortable to wear, and close securely. However I’ve contacted customer service three times since receiving them in order to get help with an issue, and never received a reply, hence my 4 stars instead of 5. So bottom line: if you don’t care about being able to reach anyone at the company, go ahead and order the earrings!
