Revolution Velocity Hockey Stick

Good stick, customer service can be improved.

The stick is with perfect weight and balance, the item itself is very nice. I placed an order on 3 Aug which showed it will be arrived in 2-3 working days, but the stick only arrived on 20 Sep and only after I followed up with customer service for many times. The customer service team was not quite helpful and responsive (e.g. waited for another week without any response and I have to followed up again). I give a 4 star only because the stick comes with perfect weight and balance.
