WORST customer service I have ever received in my life product was receive damaged and Lid wasn’t even closed. The box everything came in had HOLES in it with NO packaging safety products. When I reached out to resolve the issue, she basically called me a liar and professionally told me to F off even though I explained, I had pictures for proof. I received no refund or compensation after spending hundreds of dollars. Then she had the audacity to flag all and any cards I used to make said purchases to the bank and blocked my account. This is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve had while shopping online. I will never shop here again in my life and suggest others do the same.
