Missing parts, scratched

Love the desk but it came with missing one set of screws, all 3 top pieces had some pretty deep scratches on it that we had to try to fix with the marker type pens sold for that purpose even though the product seemed packaged well so it appears they were that way either during packaging or before packaging it up to ship. Only about 1/3 of the pre-drilled holes were actually pre-drilled. The screws that came with it were too long to be used or they would have come through the top of the desk. I sent pictures and they said they would give partial refund but they have not done that. My husband had called them and they said they’d have to return our call later but they never did. Could have been a beautiful desk, should have been easy to assemble but for the price paid? Can’t recommend them with that and poor customer service
