First time I have ordered from your company, but I have ordered and purchased your products through Amazon, but in the future it will only be through your company.

Lid Assembly

Ordered first the lid top. I went to connect the top and bottom but the spring came out. Had to purchase the bottom. Did not get a chance to connect the two. It would be simpler to have it as one piece and the cost plus shipping for the two is at least over half to buy a new juicer.
