BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY WILL FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL NOT TO GIVE A REFUND OR HELP WITH THE RETURN OF THEIR PRODUCT. This camera doesn't work well in my area, no service. Charles told me he would be sending me a shipping label in 6 hours it has now been several days and still no label. They offered me $20 refund and me keep the camera??!!? Why would I want to pay over $200 for a camera that has no service. So much more too many Characters. Scarlet Hall
