Great interaction with my grandson

My great grandmother had a similar map in her home and I wanted to replicate that experience for the next generations . We have pin colors for each of us plus star pins I just purchased that will represent trips we all join . My grandson (8) will be placing pins with me . I have house pins for five cities where I lived and it generated conversation about that . I have purchased a smaller US and Eutopean maps to track our families back to 1600s but have not started pin placement yet .
