We used to love Mustela and spent a lot of money on their products. Some worked, some didn’t. But this new eczema relief made my son’s skin worse. He had terrible flare up after using this. Regret having tried this. Plus customer service was not helpful at all. Considering how consistently we’ve purchased from them since my son was born, I was very unhappy with their response. Thank god for Tubby Todd products. We have completely made the switch. Tubby Todd has excellent products and excellent customer service. If you’re paying $$ for your baby products, make sure they have good customer service.
