Disappointed

I very much liked the look and feel of the shoes. But I was quite disappointed that on the very first wearing, the top surface of the toe of the shoe, which had an "alligator effect" was shown to be a thin paper-like coating which was irreparably scuffed, peeling off. Shoes this expensive should be more substantial.
