Missing free pair of earrings and very poor customer service.

I didn’t receive them in my package. I know they were a free gift but didn’t receive. I have emailed 6 x and tried to no avail to return/exhange 3 of 5 pjs that I ordered. Cannot get a response back. Very poor customer service. I’ll never order again and I’d suggest to others to beware.
