My BIG pillow

Yes, it's huge when fully "inflated". But somehow it cradles my head/neck in the right way. I don't really want to be taking any stuffing out. Feels much better than my flat Serta pillow from Walmart, neck feels better. Only been using it for a week, that's why 4 stars. So far, so good!

Too stiff for any position, Fails all.

Mon matelas sent le gaudron et jai suivi les indications de polysleep pour aerer le matelas mais toujours cette odeur apres 1 semaine. Jecris des courriels et des messages vocaux pas de retour. Pas normal quun matelas neuf sans le goudron. Très insatisfaite et jeapere qu’il vont trouver une solution a ce probleme.
