False Advertising

While this item does list "First" in the title, it features a picture of a Sugino BB, has the same model name as said Sugino, and goes on in the item description to talk about benefits of a Sugino BB. The item I received doesn't look like the picture, is branded First, and spins terribly. In their email about the item it said to respond to the email with any questions. I never received a response to my concerns. Very disappointed with the false advertising and lack of follow-up.
