I would love to give a 5 star review, but unfortunately they sent me the wrong item (ordered electric acoustic but received purely an acoustic) Thankfully Klos sent out the correct order (yet to receive) but was really disappointed.... Nothing against the company, honest mistake. Already own an acoustic travel Klos Guitar and LOVE IT. So, I won't hold this mishap against them!
