I have used other Berberine supplements before. I was amazed at how quickly this Berberine works. My appetite has definitely lessened and I feel more in control again.

A healthy addition

I like Dr Bergs products and this one is a real winner. A stronger dose of Berberine and Ceylon cinnamon added so I don't have to take it separately. Using this with a healthy diet/lifestyle is working for me.

So bitter

The verdict is still out on this product. I received the original order with a berberine powder coating every pill. Perhaps just a manufacturing flaw as there was not an open pill in the bottle that spilled. Each pill was so bitter due to the external coating,. It was intolerable. Customer service was great sent a replacement. However, the next bottle was also coated in powder. I’m not sure if this is just the way this product is meant to be. I’ve used berberine for years and I’ve never experienced this. I’m not sure I would re-order since two bottles were unusable. I cannot speak to performance as no bloodwork has been resulted.
