I bought the medium sized bag. I really like this one. I had bought the larger backpack and found it hard to access the central compartment. This shoulder bag style is much easier to access all my stuff easily, and it holds a good amount. I tend to be a pack horse and need a good size bag. The two outer pockets are useful for my phone and glasses. I have put 8"x11" manilla folder in the other outer pocket. I can have all my usual 'stuff' in the main central compartment, a few things in the outer pockets and still add more, as in a light scarf and a small knitting project bag into the central compartment. I can zip up the main compartlemnt when it's full. There are 2 inner zippered pockets divided by another space. I use 2 of the 3 pocket spaces for my keys, pens, notebook and a small calender (yes, very analog but that's how I go). It has a cross body strap that is useful when I'm running around shopping so I don't have to put it over my shoulder. However, I use the shorter handles over my shoulder a lot. The bag remains balanced when over my shoulder, my items secure. For me the handle drop is not too short. The handle drop is not my usual preference of 10-11" but it works well all the same. The fabric is a canvas and is heavy. The sides and bottom of the bag don't have a rigid structure. The zipper of the central compartment is smooth and heavy duty. I haven't struggled with it yet. Overall, this is a very well-proportioned and balanced bag. It appears to be made of quality canvas and zippers. I am quite happy with this one. I've gotten several compliments on it.

Lovely product yet understated.
I had a little difficulty opening/releasing one of the clasps of the long strap but was eventually able to do it. Would highly recommend.

I love this bag. It makes me think of Paris. My one drawback is its weight. It is a very heavy bag, even without anything in it. If I had it to do again, I would forget looking at it as a travel bag and instead, buy a mini to use as my regular handbag. But the bags are a luxury item to me and I can’t justify two bags. That said, I still love the bag I have.
