I couldn’t imagine how wonderful receiving the crystals alongside the guided meditation would be. Firstly, as soon as my 10 year old saw the beautiful crystals she claimed them as her own because she was instantly in love with the colours, texture and pouch the stones arrive in. I’ve been using the stones alongside the guided meditation weekly and it’s made a huge difference to my well being in relation to working (overworking) tendency. Just 15 minutes to centre myself and bring myself back to me has been amazing. I highly recommend the crystal kit especially if you want to find balance, stillness or simply want to bring joy to the moment.
