Very dark green, but wife loves it

My wife loves the gift, but I will say that the green is VERY dark, at least in our particular copy. We thought it was black and had to take it outside to daylight and hold it at the right angle to recognize that it had any green in it. It is also a bit smaller than we imagined from the pictures. Both these things are fine and she likes it just the same, just not completely as expected, but I wouldn't fault Lola Rose.
