Just finished my Ultimus+ I bought sometime last year. During this time I also bought many other prewash foams, think Koch Chemie's Active and Super foam, car pro lift, labocosmetica primus, nextzen decon, and ADS decon. Prior to this I used to just APC spray the entire vehicle for a prewash. Ultimus+ has it's own special place and I have been reluctant to use it because it's my favorite. What Ultimus+ does better than all it's competitors is dwell and stay wet on the surface even in the sun. I use this mostly at 200mL for my decon stage for new customers coming in for a coating. This cleans the best in my experience when it comes to bee poo, bug guts, traffic film, bird poo, and etc when compared to its competitors and I don't feel afraid of letting it get too dry. Super foam cleans well but I'm afraid of it drying and spotting. Active foam doesn't have enough strength for me. Lift is the worst in all segments. Labo I have a specific use for the 3pH system so they do not actually compete. ADS decon v2 is too dry and doesn't run well, means I have to use more product than I would like. Nxtzen dwell time is much shorter and Ultimus+ meaning I can't take my time foaming. Ultimus+ checks all my boxes and it remains the standard of decon prewash. I'm honestly surprised that this is slept on by so many influences and youtube detailers. Many of carbon collectives products are.
